The staff here always make sure my cats are comfortable and give them the best experience they can, despite my cats not being huge fans of the vet. They are very helpful and informative, and the location is super convenient for me!
I don’t think I could say enough positive things about Dr. Matt Brent, Betsy, and all of the staff at West Hills. Through my work with rescues and shelters, I have been to many clinics in various states… very few compare to West Hills! Dr. Brent is incredibly knowledgeable, open-minded, and compassionate. All of the staff are easy to talk to and kind, and their love for animals and people is exceptional. When Dr. Brent saved my dog’s life with emergency surgery, I called every day to check up on her progress. Everyone at West Hills took great care of her, and they were happy to let me know how she was doing. It seems like such a positive work environment, and everyone appears to be genuinely happy to be working there; that makes such a big difference for everyone involved. I am beyond thankful for Dr. Brent and this clinic!
Everyone is extremely caring and informative. Dr. Brady was just the best! I highly recommend West Hills! They took their time and answered all my questions. Bambi loved everybody ❤️ She was so relaxed after all the loving lol!
We love West Hills Animal Hospital!! They have taken wonderful care of our dog and always make him feel like he’s the best puppy in the world. He doesn’t always like the vet cause they give him shots, but they do a great job making him feel comfortable and are happy to give him a few treats so they can be buddies again. He loves the people, and so do we! We have been so impressed with how patient they are when he’s nervous and how calm and caring they are.
Dr. Brent has taken care of my dogs for years. He knows what he’s doing, loves the animals, and shares a lot of information about any issues regarding your animal. I’d never take my animals to anyone else.
This place is the best. The staff love my little accident-prone boy. They are so nice and will do what they can to help you. I am so grateful for a vet that actually cares about my hazey boy 🐈
